When is Eid al-Adha 2027, and when should its ads start?
The date is an astronomical estimate; the final date depends on the moon sighting:

What sells for Eid al-Adha
Four categories, in an order that differs from Eid al-Fitr:
- Hosting first: serving and coffee sets, the dining table and large kitchen tools, tablecloths and decor; Eid is a day of feasts and guests.
- Food: coffee, dates, sweets and gift boxes, spices and what is served with the sacrifice.
- Clothing: Eid outfits for adults and children, abayas and thobes, somewhat less than at Eid al-Fitr since it follows the March outfits.
- Gifts: perfumes and incense for guests and family, eidiya for the children, and gifts for those travelling.

Three notes for Eid. Food is the category that mentions free delivery the least (9%) and among the lowest on cash on delivery (13%), so an Eid sweets ad that writes "free delivery before Eid" promises what most of its competitors do not. Home and furniture sells on discounts (42%) and on a gift only at the market's average (11%), so a hosting set "with a gift" is still an uncommon promise there. And perfumes mention a gift in 18%: the natural Eid gift category, with incense for the guests. A plan from late April to after Eid
- Late April (about three weeks before Eid): open the saved "Eid al-Fitr" collection, search your category's ads in your country for "الأضحى" (al-Adha), "العيد" (Eid) or "ضيافة" (hosting), and save what appears early. Choose the products and the offer, and secure stock, the courier and delivery times over the Eid days.
- First week of May: launch the hosting and food ads first (the buyer is preparing the home), and test two or three angles on small budgets.
- Second week of May: stop the weak ads and scale the strongest, add clothing and gifts, and write the last order date that arrives before Eid for each country.
- The last week before Eid: the peak of orders and of costs; urgency is honest with a real date. Once delivery can no longer make it, switch to store pickup, same-day delivery inside the city, or a gift card.
- The Eid days: eidiya and ready gifts, offers on what is left, lower budgets.
- After Eid: post-Eid offers overlap directly with summer and travel offers, so prepare the summer ad before Eid, not after. And archive the season in an "Eid al-Adha 2027" collection.
