Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GccFY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service and who provides it

GccFY is a software service that helps you find, organise and study public advertising data. It is provided under the trade name GccFY ("GccFY", "we"), reachable at contact@gccfy.com. We rely on public sources such as Meta's Ad Library. We are not affiliated with Meta, with any store platform, or with any advertiser.

3. Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secret.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person; the number of devices signed in at once depends on your plan.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Plans, payment and renewals

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has daily limits.
  • Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and they renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or by writing to us; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • A move to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, starts at once and you are charged the difference for the rest of the current period. A move to a lower plan starts with your next bill. A move from yearly to monthly billing is possible when the yearly period ends.
  • We may change prices or features with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change applies from your next billing period.
  • Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Fair use and limits

  • Each plan has daily limits (searches, results, advertiser and store pages). They are shown on the Pricing page.
  • No automated collection of our pages or data without our written permission.
  • No attempt to get around limits, sign-in or access controls, and no sharing of an account.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • Do not resell access or data without a separate licence from us.
  • Respect the terms of third parties (for example Meta's Ad Library) and the law that applies to you.

7. Data and content

  • Your content: the ads you save and your notes stay yours. You let us process them only to run the service.
  • Public data: we show data obtained from public sources. We do not promise that it is available, accurate or complete.
  • Trademarks: Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Salla, Zid, Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce and the other platform names are trademarks of their owners. We name them only to identify the platforms; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Sources and features may change or stop.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or end access for breaches or for security reasons.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
