Subscriptions

Gccfy is billed in advance on a subscription basis and renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time after renewal.
• First-time purchases: we may provide a discretionary refund within 2 days if there was no meaningful usage (e.g., near-zero requests/saves) and you contact us promptly.
• Service issues: if a widespread outage prevents access for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us; we may credit your account.
• Abuse or violations: accounts terminated for ToS violations are not eligible for refunds.

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Refund request” and include your invoice/transaction ID and reason.

Payment processors

Payments are handled by our processor (e.g., PayPal/Paddle/Stripe). Refund timing is subject to the processor and your bank.

Legal

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
