Gccfy helps you find, organize, and analyze public advertising data. We rely on public sources such as the Facebook Ad Library. We are not affiliated with Meta or any advertiser.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Prices and features may change; changes apply on your next billing cycle.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. Fair use and limits
- We enforce daily and monthly request limits per plan.
- No automated scraping of our app without written permission.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe any rights.
- Do not resell access or data without a separate license from us.
- Respect third-party terms (e.g., Facebook Ad Library usage policies) and all applicable laws.
7. Data and content
- User content: You retain rights to your notes, folders, and uploads. You grant us a limited license to process such content only to operate the service.
- Public data: We present data obtained from public sources. Availability, accuracy, and completeness are not guaranteed.
- Attribution and trademarks: Facebook® and other marks belong to their owners. We do not claim endorsement.

11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
